For warranty claims that require sending product back to CentralVacs.ca , a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be issued and the customer will pay for the freight to send the product back. Warranty replacements are given only when product cannot be repaired by CentralVacs.ca, or its supplier, or the customer. For warranty claims that the customer can fix, parts will be sent out free of charge.

All products from CentralVacs.ca come with a 2-year warranty (except motors which have 1-year) that covers “normal” household product usage.

Return & Exchange Policies

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or a product arrives damaged, you may return the merchandise in its original condition directly to our store within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise for a full refund. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. To return or exchange any product you must have a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number” and follow specific instructions from CentralVacs.ca Please save all boxes and packing materials. Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department or you will encounter major delays.
